Working with Your Coach

The first step of the process is to pair your leader with a dedicated executive coach. Our primary role is to be the individual’s advocate and coach, not their manager. Leaders are then coached and supported on how effectively they will integrate operational leadership and learnings within their new organization.

With the abundant responsibilities leaders and managers experience, it is often difficult to find time to develop relationships, objectively analyze problems and challenges, and consider personal growth and improvement. It’s a wise investment to retain a skilled and experienced coach to guide you or your team members to fulfill the vision and mission your company desires to reach next-level goals.

Coaching involves identifying the support, help, and guidance you need to reach your ultimate company or career goals. Coaching success is measured by mitigating the gaps you need to achieve those goals by removing roadblocks, allowing you to focus efforts on achieving your target, and establishing a realistic roadmap. HCS will uncover behavioral changes, skill sets, and competencies needed in the discover and planning phases.

Executive Leadership Our “Classic” plan includes two 45-min. video calls per month, one call a month with manager, and a six-month minimum engagement with assessments optional. Our “Subscription” plan includes one 45-min. video call per month, unlimited email and text, call with manager as needed, and six month minimum engagement. 

Developing High-Performing Leaders– Our “Classic” plan includes two 45-min. video calls per month, one call per month with manager, and a six-month minimum engagement with assessments optional. Our “Subscription” plan includes one 45-min. video call per month, unlimited email and text, call with manager as needed, and six-month minimum engagement.

Onboarding– Two 45-min. video calls per month, a six-month minimum engagement, and an optional call with the manager.

Career Transition– Our plan includes six to eight 30-min. video calls weekly/as schedules permit as well as unlimited email/ text. The pace and schedule are customized based on the transitioning individual’s (TI’s) needs and our respective schedules. Our primary role is to be an advocate and coach, not the TI’s recruiter. We do not promise that the TI will land their dream job by the end of our program, but we believe the TI’s search campaign will be more effective with the assistance of our resources and coaching techniques. 

To clarify measures of success, we provide the individual’s manager feedback based on any noticeable changes, with exception of career transition coaching. Based on the manager’s response, HCS will continue the coaching relationship with the individual until a positive engagement is complete.
