Lexington Huff

Lexington is the Managing Director, Recruiting Operations. With both a traditional human resources education as well as cross-disciplinary experience in total rewards, talent acquisition, development, and performance management, she brings the proper tools to identify qualified and motivated candidates. Her direct experience with creating job descriptions, evaluating competencies, and consulting on compensation packages provides our clients with immeasurable value. Lexington serves as the Head of Operations lead for HCS where she oversees the recruiting team from an operational perspective and optimizes internal processes to assist the firm in its growth.

She began her career working in the financial industry at PNC Bank completing a 12-month Human Resources Rotational Program where she did everything from assisting with talent/ performance conversations to walking managers through the corrective action process. Upon completion of the program, she began working in their compensation department where she dove deep into the compensation philosophy/ guidelines for all roles at the bank to provide hiring and merit increase recommendations from a compensative perspective.

Lexington earned a BSBA in Human Resources from The Ohio State University
