Randy Barrington

Randy is an executive leader and professional coach with a keen focus on leadership development in the healthcare, hospitality, and industrial sectors. Randy has over twenty years of contemporary leadership and P &L experience demonstrating his servant leadership style as a turnaround and growth expert supporting multiple industries across the United States.

As a Certified Content Expert, Randy has led medical practice teams coaching them through the steps to earn Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Randy also has led numerous sales teams to deploy and change course rapidly better aligning with corporate goals. Randy is also credentialed as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality from the National Association for Healthcare Quality. He is skilled and proficient in successfully leading teams and navigating the common pitfalls and challenges many managers face. Randy’s focus is helping leaders achieve improved desired outcomes within their respective organizations and industry while modeling a continuous improvement philosophy. Randy creates and fosters relationships based on trust and establishes an ongoing collaboration between coach and client – maximizing learning, development, and return on human capital investment. Randy has a Bachelor’s Degree from the School of Public Health at the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Randy is also a Bernstein Fellow with the NC Foundation for Health Leadership and Innovation.
