Managing Director, Professional Coaching & Consulting

Mona Dine has over 20 years of experience as an executive coach and talent strategist, working with individuals/teams to expand their capabilities to accelerate impact. As a certified coach, Mona partners with leaders to take meaningful and continual action to achieve their goals. She is certified in the facilitation and delivery of a range of assessment tools including the Hogan, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, StrengthsFinder, Harrison, Leadership skills assessments, 360 Feedback tools, DiSC assessments, and Skill, Interest and Values tools.

She has coached leaders in Fortune 500 companies and public-sector organizations representing multiple segments and industries. In addition, Mona coaches executives for The Advanced Leadership Initiative through Carnegie Mellon University and Duquesne University’s Women’s Executive Leadership Program.

Mona is also an accomplished Human Resources senior leader who works closely with executives to interconnect business and talent strategies. As the head of talent management functions across a variety of industries, her expertise is utilized to develop impactful leaders, create engaging & inclusive work environments and promote talent practices that drive performance and results. Mona has worked in senior level roles at Kennametal, HarbisonWalker International, PNC, and Carnegie Mellon University.

Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master’s degree specializing in Career Development from the Ohio State University. Mona holds certifications as a Professional Certified Coach (ICF); Senior Professional in Human Resources (HRCI); Senior Certified Professional (SHRM); Organizational Development Certified Professional (ODCP); and Fostering Inclusion & Diversity (Yale University).

Mona functions as a Corporate Advisory Committee member and Mentor for PA Women Work. She also volunteers for the National Diversity Council and the March of Dimes. Mona serves on the Pittsburgh Board for the Hebrew Free Loan Association, Pittsburgh. In addition, she serves as the Chair for the Diversity and Inclusion Forum for Vibrant Pittsburgh. She is a frequent speaker and panel member on topics addressing leadership development and enhancing diversity and inclusion within organizations.
