At HCS, Keith serves as a senior business developer of CEOs, EVP, SVP, VPs, and Directors with relationships in the life sciences, healthcare, the industrials, and technology business sectors. Keith identifies and qualifies motivated candidates while serving as a sourcing consultant and primary contact with the clients he supports.
Keith has been a recruiter for the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he managed the most extensive territory for prospects. Keith later transitioned into fundraising at the university, where he raised more than $2 million in funding that supported scholarships, programs, and research. His branding efforts with internal and external stakeholders yielded effective ongoing strategic partnerships. Keith is a former board of trustee member at UNCW and current board member for the UNCW Alumni Association. Keith graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Master of Public Administration, with management and leadership concentrations.
