Glen possesses extensive knowledge in the industrial sectors – automotive, aerospace, defense, automation, technology and medical devices, along with key accomplishments in supply chain, logistics and transportation. Prior to joining Human Capital Solutions, Inc., Glen spent over 25 years as the Founder and President of Linear Motion Technology Group, President of Lee Controls, President of Pacific Bearing Company, VP of Strategy and Business Development for Thomson Industries and VP of Sales and Marketing for Nook Industries. Glen has patents in automation technologies and has created and launched numerous product lines, generating significant revenue for the companies and shareholders he’s served and supported.
Glen is a trusted advisor providing global guidance around growth and margin enhancement. He has produced several European and Asian specific research articles, authoring a number of white papers covering issues across the automation, automotive and aerospace value chain. He is also a frequent conference speaker who drives industry best practices by recruiting, developing and retaining human capital who can manage both the ‘day-to-day’ and at the same time, design a footprint for a competitive and exciting future.
Glen completed his MBA at The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, with a focus in Finance. He completed his undergraduate degree in Industrial Management.
