Gabe Lord

Gabe is a leadership development expert, executive coach, performance consultant and organizational development professional with broad experience in numerous industries to include Military, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Marketing, Government and Insurance. 

With nearly 20 years of leadership development experience, Gabe’s approach to improving organizations centers around leadership development with an emphasis on clearly identifying underlying organizational needs and driving measurable change. 

Additional experience encompasses designing and implementing talent management programs, administration of organizational assessments, leader development program design, 360 assessment administration, and employee experience & retention programs. 

Gabe is a proud US Army veteran and is involved in several initiatives supporting our heroes as the transition from the military into their civilian lives. He sits on the advisory board of the Civilian Ready Foundation. 

Gabe currently serves as board chair for the Southwest Georgia Workforce Development board and is Past President of the Albany Georgia chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management. 

Gabe and his Wife Terra have 3 daughters and one granddaughter and spend their time as softball parents cheering for their youngest daughter’s travel ball team.
