Claire began her professional career as a sales consultant in the capital asset leasing industry where she competed and earned her way into the elite, national Million Dollar Club. Claire brings valuable experience as a National Account Executive with a recognized SaaS firm where she was a sales leader with responsibilities in developing a coaching and mentorship program that effectively acclimated executives to the organization’s values, culture, and key performance measures.

At HCS, Claire is responsible for developing and nurturing executive and professional relationships while identifying opportunities to add value by supporting the strategic business plans within and across HCS’s Technology sector. HCS’s Technology sector supports Telecommunications, 5G, Blockchain, AI and Machine Learning, Clean Tech/High Tech, Cloud/Big Data, (EV) Electric Vehicles, Electronics, Hardware, The Internet of Things (IoT), and IT Infrastructure.

Claire leads a team at HCS in identifying, designing, developing, and implementing market – driven strategies and tactics that supports our clients’ human capital strategy, growing the HCS footprint across North America.

Claire leads and supports executive search and professional recruiting projects such as Chief Product Officers (CPO), Chief Technology Officers (CTO), Chief Information Officers (CIO), Chief Information Security Officers (CISO), Chief Data & Analytics Officers (CDAO), Chief Digital Officers (CDO) along with key Architecture, Cybersecurity, and IT leadership support positions.

Claire is a graduate of the Byran School of Business & Economics at UNC Greensboro.
