Chris brings more than 25 years of experience in information technology, human resources, supply chain operations, and international growth and project management to her clients. Her diverse experience helps her quickly understand her clients’ needs and business issues in order to guide them toward effective career advancement solutions, most appropriate for their backgrounds, personalities, passions and career aspirations.
Internationally and in the U.S., Chris works with clients in a variety of industries, including life sciences, healthcare, diversified industrial, technology, financial services and consumer products.
As a career advancement coach / consultant, Chris has extensive experience in assessment, coaching, high potential development, navigating company culture and politics, avoiding missteps, along with competency mapping and design.
Chris takes a proactive, strategic and collaborative call to action approach which focuses on helping clients achieve outstanding business and career results.
Prior to joining Human Capital Solutions, Chris held several progressive leadership positions with Corning Incorporated – Fiber Optics and Cabling divisions.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. She is a certified Human Resource Professional and Myers-Briggs assessor.
