Anna Nail

Anna Nail is a VP of Business Development for HCS.  She began her impressive career as a marketing professional, working with a national agency to create and execute strategic marketing plans for organizations striving for hyper-growth.  Anna was recruited to work at one of Inc.’s 5000’s fastest-growing companies. During her time there, Anna became known for her ability to effectively size-up and match talent to the needs of her client’s business plan. Anna continues to build and nurture personable relationships across the US and in 2023, Anna was invited back to her Alma Mater, Anderson University to teach as an adjunct professor. She regularly speaks on “Professional Development” and “Constructing the Architecture to Build and Execute an Effective Career Development Plan.”

Anna received her master’s in business administration from Anderson University and her bachelor’s from Trevecca Nazarene University with high honors.  She says she discovered her passion for human capital, organizational design, culture assessments, and organizational capability while working on her MBA. 

Anna is an active podcaster, a musician, and she serves on several national non-profit boards.
