Bo launched Human Capital Solutions, Inc. in early 2003 after spending 15 years in talent acquisition, leadership assessment, and organizational transformation roles with diverse international corporations in the industrial, consumer, technology, and manufacturing sectors. Bo oversees all business development and delivery of B2B services to client enterprises internationally.

Tony is the managing director of the technical and engineering industries. His 30-year career with ExxonMobil Chemical Company strategically positions him to focus on energy/power generation and global lean manufacturing initiatives. Tony brings his strong technical experience and business knowledge to HCS with extensive expertise in engineering, market development/research, and financial analysis.

VP of Operations & Technology

Evan Rhodes

Evan is the vice president of operations and technology. He focuses on conducting extensive research across the healthcare, life sciences, industrials, and technology sectors. Evan is responsible for refining the recruiting processes and continuously improving the client and the candidate's value proposition. Evan's focus and passion for people, processes, and technology help him build and maintain relationships with all partners to make the best decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.

Marcia is a managing director, providing assessments and psychometric testing for executive candidates. Marcia has an international background in HR consulting, specifically in talent acquisition and development. Her global experience working with organizations in various sectors and interacting with senior leaders have enabled her to understand systemic issues that challenge people in different functional areas. Marcia enjoys supporting leaders during transitions and cultural change periods through designing and implementing customized development programs.

Executive Relationship Manager for the CEO

Sheila Evans

Sheila is the executive relationship manager for the CEO. In this role, Sheila supports the CEO with a multitude of critical communication and administrative relationship activities. Sheila also provides professional support to the entire Human Capital Solutions (HCS) team as she manages the HCS client recognition and appreciation programs. Sheila also oversees the logistics and communications of meeting schedules for both clients and candidates.

Keith is the vice president of client relations and recruiting. Keith identifies and qualifies motivated candidates while serving as a sourcing consultant and primary contact with clients. With a background in recruiting, fundraising, and strategic planning, Keith's belief in establishing targets, managing expectations, and continuous improvement have positioned him to be a leader and partner with middle and upper-level management.
