Whitney Miyazaki is the Business Development and Marketing Coordinator at Human Capital Solutions.

Whitney is a spirited, highly personable professional exhibiting a tireless work ethic and a passion for research, data analytics, and business intelligence along with developing and nurturing relationships. Whitney is responsible for executing relationship management and marketing strategies while converting prospective relationships into prosperous long term business partners and clients. In this role, Whitney gathers and analyzes business sector projections specifically for the purpose of accurate and confident decision-making. This provides HCS with a competitive advantage in determining various strategies and tactics for unique market opportunities, market penetration, market development and client retention.

Whitney has a keen focus in the Life Sciences, Healthcare, The Diversified Industrials and the Technology business sectors. She also directs HCS’s digital media and marketing content on all social media platforms. Whitney serves as the company’s primary market intelligence resource by compelling research on business sector forecasts, industry trends, patterns and competitive landscapes.

In her previous role at HCS, Whitney worked in Research, Operations and business development while working on her Master’s degree at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Whitney graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. Whitney will receive her Master’s degree in Conflict Management and Resolution and is positioned to graduate Summa Cum Laude in May 2018.
