In his HCS Managing Director role, Stuart leads the Technology Sector relative to Talent Acquisition, Advisory Services and related projects, including cross-sector technology engagements. Stuart and HCS are highly committed to providing clients with the requisite tools and expertise to achieve a sustainable market advantage recognizing their most valuable technology and resource – human capital.
Prior to joining HCS, Stuart served as Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer for an Information Technology and Consulting Firm.
East Carolina University (ECU) selected Stuart to oversee The School of Industry and Technology’s hi-tech electronics, robotics, automation and computer labs as Technology Services Manager, and he also designed, implemented and managed the school’s numerous multi-platform computer networks. Additionally, Stuart was entrusted with managing the Computer Integrated Manufacturing Simulation Lab, a lucrative joint venture with IBM.
Stuart was also recruited to serve as a Senior Systems Engineer, Systems Architect and Consulting Manager by RSM McGladrey. Under his leadership, the consulting and systems integration team provided critical enterprise information technology solutions for manufacturing, legal, construction, financial and the utility industries.
In 1999, Stuart co-founded Network Intelligence, a national systems integration and consulting firm focusing on the healthcare, manufacturing, legal, construction and utilities markets. In 2010, he founded Integrated Network Solutions, a systems integration and advisory services firm specializing in application delivery, network infrastructure and IT security solutions for healthcare and related life science organizations.
Stuart earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from East Carolina University’s College of Engineering and Technology. For his undergraduate degree, he chose computer and industrial electronics as his concentration, and for his advanced degree, manufacturing.
