Ren utilizes a consultative approach as he listens intently to understand and discern the core business needs and where his services will provide a favorable return on the clients’ investment. Ren is responsible for new client development, quality assurance, client retention, management consulting, candidate sourcing, screening, assessing and being a valuable single point of contact for both his clients and candidates.
Ren launched his career in finance within the capital equipment industry providing flexible financing solutions and leasing options for his customers. Ren leveraged this experience and transitioned to the executive search industry, assessing, developing and placing a company’s most valued asset, human capital. Ren partners with senior level Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents and C-level executives investigating, learning and executing the vision, mission and strategy. Ren assists hiring managers in overcoming and solving the challenges they face in order to meet and exceed the expectations of the owners, shareholders and stakeholders. While in High School, Ren earned an athletic football scholarship at Clarion University of Pennsylvania where he completed his Bachelors of Science in Education.
