HCS values your time. Your search will be aggressively managed by your HCS consultant, and you will receive updates on a regular basis. Through a series of interviews with senior HCS consultants candidates will be thoroughly screened and qualified against the skills and attributes that you define . And throughout the entire process HCS will continuously assess motivation, fit, expectations, and readiness. Typically within four to six weeks, HCS will present a panel consisting of the three to five most qualified candidates. All of the candidates that we identify will be exclusive to your assignment until your position is filled.
